The Movie
This acclaimed exposé chronicles the life and mysterious death of the GM EV1. A whodunnit about cars, the people who love them, the companies that build them and fuel them up, the governments that regulate them, and the fight for our future. The film has screened at this year's Sundance, San Francisco International, Tribeca, Seattle, and Los Angeles Film Festivals. 

Interviews include actors Tom Hanks, Mel Gibson, Alexandra Paul, Peter Horton, Phyllis Diller, Collette Divine, and J. Karen Thomas.  Others include automakers, political leaders from the right and left, writers, activists, engineers, inventors, and everyday people who are wondering what happened to the electric car.

"Who Killed The Electric Car" opened in theaters in Los Angeles and New York on June 28, 2006.

Movie Accolades  
Nominated for the 2007 Documentary Screenplay Award by the Writers Guild of America.

On June 29th, Daily Variety called "Who Killed the Electric Car" a contender for the Oscars along with "An Inconvenient Truth".

This movie has become one of the top rated movies of 2006 by film critics nationwide and has been rated as "Certified Fresh" by the film critic summary site RottenTomatoes.com.
